Our Booking PolicyAdhere to DAFI 48-137 in regards to both industrial respirator and CBRN mask. Members receiving a Gas Mask Fit test shall maintain a copy and provide a copy to their UDM upon receiving their Fit Test. For RP you shall have a signed RP questionnaire.
